  • June-July 2016: Have been working at CityVox on an ongoing basis recording ESL for Kaplan (and more!) and voiced the director's cut of a Vitafusion commercial.
  • Moved into ongoing classes with master teacher Sarah Baskin at Anthony Meindl's Acting Workshop.

  •  February 2016: Core Artist Ensemble's Adults Only had an incredible run at TBG Theatre February 6 to February 21, 2016.  Check out pictures and praise below:
  • "...a hysterical evening of one-acts... an evening of laughter and self-discovery... The Core Artist Ensemble produces fresh and interesting new work. Definitely a group to watch as they expand and grow." – nytheatreguide.com
  • "If theatre had sex with stand-up you’d probably get something like Adults Only." – The Reading Salon
  • "An abundance of youthful freshness and talent. . . . Alex Correia has directed the ambitious show with finesse." – Wolf Entertainment Guide
  • "With consistent writing from Dean Imperial, an effective arrangement of the plays, and solid performances throughout, there is as much to be laughed at as there is to be contemplated in Core Artist Ensemble’s latest production." – theaterscene.net

  • January 2016:  This January it's "back to school" for me!  I started Improv 201 at UCB, am studying at Anthony Meindl's Acting Workshop and am working with private coach Clyde Baldo.
  • Recorded a series of VO spots for Blissworld spa products!

  • Rehearsals for Core Artist Ensemble's Adults Only: A Dangerous Evening of New Work by Dean Imperial are in full swing.  We open at The Barrow Group on 2/6!  Press release at broadwayworld.com.
  • Also still going strong over at General Assembly shooting Headlines on a bi-weekly basis. Check out the final episode of 2015 here.

  • December 2015: Core Artist Ensemble began rehearsals for Adults Only: A Dangerous Evening of New Work by Dean Imperial, coming to The Barrow Group in February 2016.
  • Studied with Sarah Baskin at The Actor's Greenroom (scene study) and with Eileen Schellhorn and Diana Lote of "VO Duo NYC."
  • Still going strong over at General Assembly shooting Headlines on a bi-weekly basis.  Check out the final episode of 2015 here.
  • October - November 2015:  'Twas an autumn of agents and classes! Started working with Chris Davis at NextGen (the non-union division of Access Talent) for Voiceover and freelancing with Traci at Take 3 Talent for commercial, VO and print.
  • Took Improv 101 at UCB with Natasha Vaynblat and VO classes with Rebecca Yarsin (House Casting) and Andy Roth.
  • I also recorded another ESL VO session at CityVox.
  • September 2015:  Filmed another comedy sketch with my pals at Dice and participated in an aerial silks photoshoot for Body & Pole!  I also put together a new comedy reel:
  • August 2015:  Spent a day on set for Mysteries at the Castle, playing the role of Snow White a la The Brother's Grimm.
  • Core Artist Ensemble's "As Seen on TV" fundraiser was a success!  I appeared as Peggy Olson in a scene from Mad Men as part of the evening's performance at The Barrow Group Theater.  Photos from both can be found below.
  • Worked with Greg Robbins on an updated version of his super creative and silly bio video.
  • July 2015: Shot a goofy commercial for Phillipsburg Easton Honda.  Check it out here!
  • I'm excited to launch my newly redesigned website!  Notable changes include a brand new voiceover section to highlight my various reels (commercial, promo, audiobooks, ESL and learning) and work (animation, commercial and more).
  • June 2015: I've started work with General Assembly as a newscaster for EDM Headlines -- their Digital Marketing educational videos.  Currently content is for their clients only but we hope to branch out to a wider audience soon!  Check out a recent blog post that explains what Headlines is all about.

  • My commercial voiceover reel is now complete!  Also floating around my site are some previous of the photos from my awesome shoot with David Noles. Official new headshots to come soon.
  • April 2015: I am proud to announce that I am now an official member of Core Artist Ensemble -- looking forward to doing more work with this talented group of actors, playwrights and directors.
  • Sex and Zombies and the City, a Dice Comedy short, is live.  If anyone needs zombie makeup done for their next production, I am now officially an expert!  (I play zombie Charlotte as well).

  • December 2014: I starred as Stella in Stella Stardust: Queen of Space, part of Everyday Inferno Theater Company's second annual If on a Winter's Night.  The imaginative production featured wrapping paper tube sword fights, bubble guns, lost amulets, a trusty sidekick, and numerous evil villains.
  • October 2014: After a successful reading as part of Core Artist Ensemble's summer reading series, Throws of Love was one of 7 short plays selected out of 41 to receive a full production at The Barrow Group. I played Nora, a slightly nerdy and under-appreciated former girl scout who knows how to toilet paper houses and break eggs, and who learns to speak her mind. Written by Amy Staats, directed by Rachel Casparian, and starring Cathy Curtain (Orange is the New Black).
